We use a lot of f-words, but fear isn’t one of them.

There is a difference between wanting to innovate, and needing to innovate. For companies wanting to innovate they typically are in control of their ambitions, decisions and timeline, however, companies needing to innovate are usually under external forces calling for a response and dictating a certain course of action at speed. In these latter situations, the uncertainty can lead to the urge for fast action, but simply being first to the market can do more harm than good.

The Propel website brings the feeling of movement on the water to life. From the core elements to micro interactions, it takes the user on a journey through the brand and the product, dynamically explaining the game-changing technology of the motor.

The Propel motors have an integrated or remote screen which ensure peace of mind on the water. The display tells you everything you need to know, and helps you manage your battery consumption.

The tide is turning for the world of boating, and Propel is at the forefront of the movement. A revolutionary electric motor that’s silent on the water and uniquely circular in shape. Propel heightens your sensorial experience on the water, and sets the tone for a nature-friendly future.

GLS’s refreshed brand identity centres around the idea of delivering parcels from People to People, rather than from A to B. Both GLS employees and their growing B2C customer base are at the forefront of this identity shift, celebrating GLS’s localised structure and their flexibility around adapting tolocal needs. 

The revitalised look includes a new, simplified logo, which incorporates the familiar GLS arrow within the word mark, signifying a shift towards radical simplicity and strengthened unity.

The new visual identity heroes a graphic system of dots and arrows, which are used to convey the journey of parcels from People to People, connecting the dots across borders for people all over the world. The playful movement of the arrows represent GLS’s unique flexibility and personable attitude toward both B2B partners and B2C consumers. This relentlessly adaptive vision and refreshed visual branding paves the way for GLS to build on their strengths, as they engage with new customers in growing markets.

The colour palette transformation consists of a refreshed primary palette of blue and yellow (making a bold statement, particularly in a digital setting) and an extended palette of soft, friendly tones and bright accent colours.

We developed a design system consisting of color blocks which represent two sides of the GLS brand, and a connection with the dots and arrow graphics. The brand blue block which contains the GLS logo represents the power of GLS, whereby the soft tone block represents the consumer.

GLS is a leading cross-border parcel service provider catering to a broad B2B and B2C audience. The brand refresh builds upon what has made GLS successful in the fast-changing world of parcel services and supports the company’s growth ambitions. At its core, GLS makes every parcel delivery personal with its seamless solutions.

Porsche celebrates the Girlhood Dream

For this audience it’s no longer enough to be the brand that lets you ‘go fast’ and ‘look good’. They expect a deeper connection with a brand. Therefore, we want to show them they have more in common with Porsche than they might think.

Ambitious women still need to fight harder to achieve their dreams. Especially since they are not stimulated as much as boys to dream big from a young age.

Meanwhile, the automotive industry is still struggling to not fall into cliches or gender stereotypes when it comes to addressing and portraying women.

We introduced Girlhood Dreams; a campaign that inspires girls and women to unlock the power of their dreams. 

While boys are stimulated from a young age to dream big, Google turns all pink and prince charming when you search for ‘Girlhood dreams’. In a series of short online videos, successful photographer Martika Gartman Avalon, founder of lingerie brand Love Stories Marloes Hoedeman and director of Museum Voorlinden Suzanne Swarts share their ambitious girlhood dreams, inspiring other women to dream big.

The Porsche buyer group in the Netherlands is ageing slowly. Porsche needs to work harder to attract a new generation of drivers to the brand. Porsche especially sees a big opportunity to grow within younger, ambitious women.
